I talked to many general contractors before I worked with WCP Inc. And I'm very happy what I chose. Janet Is very Patient and easy to talk with, she knows what I want and always make right choice for me. I remodeled The kitchen and floor, the result turns out more beautiful than I though and the price is reasonable. Im very happy that I chose WCP Inc.

Should have known better when Frank and Janet forgot about our scoping meeting but they came running over and worked with us on a good proposal within our budget so we figured we'd give them a try. The "unsurpassed quality workmanship" and "skilled project management" they market is a joke. Though we were pleased with few aspects of the job, they neglected to obtain permits and argued over improvements to meet code until we went to the City, they neglected to complete a "turn key job" (e.g., dry wall repairs not sanded), they never came to look at the progress as promised (no project management), and our 30-day job lasted 6 weeks.

We called to let Cheryl know our meeting before hers was running late. She wanted us to come late rather than reschedule, so we did. We gave her 6 proposals to remodel her bathroom, as she kept changing her mind. In the end, she deleted project management out of the contract and gave us a series of small tasks. After signing the contract, Cheryl denied us access to the house except on weekends, so we had to pay our folks overtime, and the project extended. She was upset that the city inspectors only inspect during the day, which of course, we cannot control. During our walkthru she said everything was fine then complained to ServiceMagic.

They do a great job and bring in quality professionals. It took a bit longer than we anticipated but they were persistent to keep the subs coming until everything was done to our satisfaction.

Wise Choice Properties were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They did a terrific job completely remodeling my bathroom, and I absolutely love the end result! I had to travel during the remodeling project, and I had complete peace of mind with them on the job.
