Mr. Cook was very professional.  He took the appropriate time to discuss the electrical problems we were experiencing at our house and the concerns we had about changing out the entire electrical panel.  Mr. Cook came to the house (when he said he would) to give us an estimate and then arrived with his appentice the next day (when he said he would) to accomplish an all-day job. <br /> <br />We are very satisfied.  There weren't any surprises.  I felt I was made aware of everything they needed to do and why they needed to do the things they did.  The price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of work performed.

Mr. Cook was delightful.  He suggested several options that were available to me for installation of an outdoor light.   He recommended those that he felt would best suit my need without pressuring me to make a particular decision.  In addition to the projects for which I had originally hired him, he willingly made other repairs that I added to my "list" after he arrived.  Not only was he thorough and efficient, he left the areas where he had been working spotless.  I will use him in the future.
