kELLY HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. hE GAVE A GOOD, BETTER AND BEST BID ON OUR HOME THEATER PROJECT AND LET US DECIDE WHICH ROUTE TO GO. hE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT WHY ONE WOULD BE BETTER THAN THE OTHER. HE DID THE INSTALL AROUND OUR OTHER CONTRACTOR AND WELL WITHIN OUR TIME REQUIREMENTS. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS SOME ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED WITH THE UNIVERSAL REMOTES. (WE ACTUALLY ADDED TO THE PROJECT AND HAD HIM DO MORE WORK WITH OUT DOWNSTAIRS SYSTEM TOO)

Project: Install Home Theater Surround Sound System
Was able to figure out the problem and made sure everything was in working order. Had used Signal Autovisual before to install and when I experienced problems they never returned emails or phone calls. Made sure I understood how to work the system before he left. Was on time, curteous & professional. I know finding a company who does what they say they are going to do in San Antonio is difficult but you do not have to worry about Wire Works. A+

Project: Install Home Theater Surround Sound System
Kelly from Wire Works was outstanding. He had extensive knowledge of the receiver (Onkyo) I had bought for my home theater, which allowed for a quick and easy set-up. He mounted all 5 surround speakers, hung my plasma, and concealed all wires within my existing walls. He diagnosed every problem he encountered, and was able to complete the job within the time he had specified for me. IMO, he went above and beyond in all aspects of the job, and I can say without hesitation that he is my first choice for future projects. My home theater is simply amazing, and I've got Wire Works to thank for it. Thanks, Kelly!
