Great

New skylight replaced...looks good but won't know if it leaks until it rains. Very poor communication....3 appointments were no shows/no phone calls...wasted my time.

He patched the lanai roof but when it rained it still leaks.

we will know more after we get a few downpours with 30 to 40 mph winds.

I highly recommend them. Very professional. Very curtious. Did what was promised (at a very reasonable price) and would use them again. Out of all bids they were the only ones that didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. TOP NOTCH!

The roof failed the initial inspection. No one kept me updated during the process. Lit cigarettes were found in my yard. I am still finding nails I'm my lawn. Plastic wrappings were left in my pool. Water damage occurred inside my home after the roof was "dried in". When I received the invoice it was for almost $200 than the final price that I was told. The was an obvious "patch job" to the new shingles on the roof that needed to be redone The owner was rude and offensive on the phone when I spoke about these issues to him. I would never have anyone I know use these roofers. An unprofessional company as soon a the sales contract was signed.

Inspector came early and failed us, we finished and passed. She is hard to get ahold of being a nurse on 12 hr shifts. We tried to keep her informed as we went. We fixed a small stain for her from the rain. Our GM was there several times to clean up. She was informed of 3 more sheets of plywood that were needed to make roof structurally right. As the owner of the co. i called her promptly she called back next day. I listened to her and asked if her complaints had been taken care of and she stated yes but she wanted extra charges removed.Wood replacemnt is the only part of the contract we don't know what the chgs will be until we get in there.

HAD A FEW PROBLAMS, BUT OVERALL-SATISFIED. WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD, AND WAS CHARGED FOR A BEAM BEING SECURED, WHEN I HAD TO CONTRACT SOMEONE ELSE.

This company took care of my metal roof leak on my lanai promptly and satisfactorily with 1 year warranty. I would hire them again in the future if need be.
