I would recomend Gene for any job, he has great knowledge about customer relations and he keeps you informed about were the project is and how long before it is finished. The four stars in quality are do to the fact that a part of the frame on the screen door lock was left unfinished.

We replaced our round-top front door with a beautiful new door. The installers came when they were scheduled, and replaced the door plus two side windows efficiently & cleanly.

I wanted to replace a 24 yr old wood patio double hinged door with a sliding patio door and had 2 previous quotes in the $4,500-$5,000 range for an Anderson or Pella door, which I thought was outrageous. After 1 call to Service Master and a speedy return call from Gene, the owner of Winstar, we were able to schedule a visit for an estimate and I signed a contract with Gene on the spot for $2,300. My door came in sooner than expected and was installed within 3 weeks of signing the contract. Gene's crew even repaired a piece of my siding that had come loose without a charge. I am beyond happy with every aspect of Winstar's service and product.

Our Winstar experience was smooth, clear and terrific. We were able to communicate with the owner, staff and the crew with ease. They listen to us in a personal manner rather than is a sales/business perceptive. They were were understanding and friendly. The owner visits the place and inspect the work everyday. I had 5 estimates done on this job before hiring Winstar. Price comparison, not ahuge difference but was the personality of the owner/estimator which made the difference. He wasn't much of a sales person as he admit. He has been on this field of years and knows what needs to be done. Not like the others.
