men showed up on time on scheduled day. laid down plastic inside house to catch all debris from roof and removed/installed skylights in business like manner. cleaned up all debris.

Overall excellent experience. They were professional, on time and polite. However, I was quoted information by the sales rep that was later refuted by the company owner.

Project: Install a New Skylight
I found Windy City Skylights to be very professional and conciderate in all that they did while installing sky lights in my home. Don went through the process and answered all our questions making sure we understood everything we needed to. The installers were employed by WCS not contracted and they took pride in their work, always protecting our funriture and cleaning up after each day. They were far less expensive than others we had gotten estimates from yet the work was first rate. I would recomend this company to my friends.

We received excellent info in a very timely fashion, all our questions were answered. The technicians were wonderful, installing our skylihgts on a very cold day. They were thorough and did an excellent job, including covering indoor furniture and rugs and left our home spotless. We are extremely pleased with our experience.
