Everything went very well with the move, but I was a little disappointed when it came time to pay the bill. I was hit with a fuel charge and an elevator charge, neither of which I was informed of when I contracted for the service. I can't understand the elevator charge. I am paying by the hour, and if the elevator adds time to the move, I would have to pay based on that extra time. What is the point of the elevator charge? These things should be explained up front, and not just be presented at the end of the process. The men were friendly and did a very good job. Add on costs leave a sour taste.

Project: Professional Moving Service - Local / Within State
We have used them 4-5 times over the years. We have had great success with them. They were fantastic. They had to move a lot of fragile, glass antiques, there was no problem with anything. They are always on time. The crew is always very nice. They never had a problem with them doing extras.
