I had a wondeful experience using Windows Plus. Dave and John the installers were very professional and clean. The windows ( Simonton) are great and the installation went smooth. Just waitning for the replacement of 1 screen. I would definately use them again for my projects.

We have had very positive experience with Windows Plus. Ed, the company owner, earned our business with his courtesy, knowledge, and patience. Unlike some salesmen, he didn’t push us for a decision on his visits. Instead, he took his time educating us, so we felt that we were making an informative decision. The installation was done beautifully and we like our new replacement windows!

Ed was very professional and provided a quality window at a competitive price, however several of the windows were installed with crooked mullions and we are in the process of correcting the problem

this job by windows plus was a disgrace. this job was started on august26 and has still not been completed even though they have been paid in full.

Rebuttal from Ed Lancaster, Owner. This job which was done in 2004 needed parts to complete. All the windows were installed in Aug. 2004, and parts , (2 screens) were delivered in September, at which time the customer noted they were satisfied.
