They were about a half hour late getting there, but they did a quick and beautiful job on my windows. The price was the best around and the windows look better than Home depot by far!!!

I spoke with many window replacement companies. They were all PUSHY and unreasonably EXPENSIVE. Windows on Washington was reasonably priced, the representatives were informative without pressuring us, and the customer service throughout the process was excellent. The installation went well, and, after almost a year, the windows are great!

I interviewed several companies for my windows replacement job and this company was by far the easiest to deal in terms of no hassle or gimmick pricing. The installers showed up on time and replaced all 31 windows in one day, which included clean up. Their work was first rate. The only delay, I've experienced was that at the completion of the job, the installers told me the company would send me the window warranty information. More than two weeks after the job, I had to call the company and remind them to send me this information, which they agreed to do.

I would highly recommend Windows on Washington. Eric was wonderful to deal with. When Jose came out to do my estimate, he actually informed me that the window itself was fine, it just needed better sealing around the window-which would have saved me a LOT money. As I am selling my house, the buyer will be getting the work done,so I will not see the final results, but I have no doubt they will be as pleased as I have been in working with WOW.
