the sales staff was very low pressure and friendly. The installers were clean, friendly and did an excellent job. the new windows are also great. This is a great company and team to work with.

Ron was very friendly and professional. The billing office was helpful in many ways. Mike was fast, friendly and professional. The screens were very loose so they will be coming back to reinstall.

The office personnel were very professional from the very beginning, even scheduling the new storm door installation for the same time as the window installation The door and windows are lovely. Additionally, the window installers told me as they left that they had smelled gas in my basement while they worked which I had not noticed. I did have a gas leak requiring immediate action so I am, of course, grateful for this.

We were very happy with New Windows for America and so far our home is much cozier on these cool Fall days with our new Windows. They were professional and we believe the quality of the windows is top notch. They are at least worth getting a quote from if you are looking at getting windows.
