Great overall experience. Very friendly and courteous when dealing with estimates. Not pushy at all. Communication on setting up the actual install was a little thin due to manufacturing time. Frequent emails, but very little concrete info in the way of ETA. Great value for the work that was done (new windows and gutters). Knocked out all of the work in 2 days, though a window was not ordered or lost so had to come back to install. Cleanup and some quality of work could have been a little better, but again, great value and made me feel comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this group to all my friends. Mike and John did a fantastic job. They finished in one day and the job turned out better that I thought it would. I will use this company again for my window replacement. Thanks Pete

Ms. Medrano was thorough, professional, courteous and very tolerant of all my questions. She was willing to return later in the day after I made final decision. I was very impressed with her personable approach as opposed to "used car salesman" type hard sells.
