installed 9 windows, 5 vinyl and 4 wood. Windows Universe identified defects with 2 windows upon installation and ordered replacement components. So they were on the ball. Their sales rep Jason adeptly advised regarding selection of quality windows based on our needs.

Windows Universe did a great job. My house looks more like a home now. Staff and the contractors on site was polite, courteous, trust worthy and kind. I would highly recommend Windows Universe to friends and family.

The company reps were all very professional. All appointments were made in a timely manner, staff arrived to all appointments on time, they responded to all emails and calls, and sent weekly updates about the status of my project. All the work was done in one day, the date that it was scheudled to be done, and it was done well. I would definitely recommend their services. Also, their price was the most affordable out of the three estimates I received.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
Salesman arrived for appointment on time and prepared to discuss project. He explained the product and process. However, I didn't realize that the new installation would be deeper than previous windows, and my wooden blinds do not fit -- they are one-half inch too deep for the window. Other than that, the installation crew was great. They arrived on time, began work and continued to work until all of the installation was complete.
