Very friendly and professional and stuck to his price over the phone of $90 flat rate to fix all of our shutters (without knowing or asking how many shutters we needed fixed).

Gordon did the work fast & perfect. I was very pleased. However he did not leave me an invoice for my records.

It's a shame because he seems like a nice guy, but he is much too expensive. Here is the problem, and I guess part of it is my fault. Service Magic said he services my area. It turned out that he lives far away and charged me $175 for the service call and $50 per louver! It seems outrageous to me. I guess I should have checked with others. I did order some tilt rods? (I think that's what they're called) but he ended up not installing them and gave me a discount on the original price. The price I quoted is the discounted price. I'm compelled to respond to this review. Those of you reading these reviews can see the type of work we provide. All cost, including trip charge, were completely reviewed with the customer then he ordered 3 tilt rods and four louvers that were all custom cut and painted. He is a so so movie producer who thinks he is a skilled contractor. Turns out he's wrong! The tilt rods weren't even needed or used. Even though cut and painted, His bill was adjusted accordingly. His review is ludicrous!!!!

OMG I emailed to ask if someone could help me, and he called me in 2 minutes! I almost fainted. He then came out right away--and I live over an hour away--and did a totally efficient, effective repair. I am still in shock at this great customer service.
