They salesman promised several things that did not happen. They ordered a different window design than we wanted. It was similar enough for us to accept it. The finish work was sloppy, they left dents and hammer marks all over the interior trim. I wrote to the owner and received no reply.

Good job by the folks at Window Pro. They replaced 15 windows in one day. Having said that the reasons for the scoring below 5 star are: 1) near the end of a long day there was a rush to finish the job which required someone coming out the next day to address some of the issues (call and response were very timely); and 2) in removing the old windows one broke and the clean-up from that event was not 100%. We are happy with the windows, the cost, the timeliness of installation and the ease of use.

The folks at Window Pro were prompt and courteous. They were on time and completed the job very quickly. Not only did they install our metal roof, but they installed vinyl replacement windows...that's how good they were. I would highly recommend Window Pro.
