Window Innovations proactively called me once I signed up with Service Magic. Erik was freindly, knowledgable and assisted me greatly when choosing the correct window tint, and their technician who did the installation, Nick, was top notch. I would both use this company again for future projects and recommend them to anyone requiring window tinting professionals.

An appointment was made for 9:00 on a Monday morning. Paul Roman was on time, dressed accordingly for a sales presentation, provided background information on the company, had examples of the products, and went through each products advantages. All was extremely professional. He gave me a great estimate, which I accepted. I explained that we had a wedding and a large party the coming weekend. He actually arranged for the work to be completed that very same Monday afternoon. We have already recommended Window Innovations to our neighbors who are planning some window tinting. Great service!

Shea came out was very professional!! Had all the information and product samples with him. The price was very good and ha came back a week later and did the job. He was on time for both appointments and the work was flawlless!

I worked with Tammy and was extremely impressed by her follow through and desire to get my project finished within my time frame. I will definitely contact Tammy again when purchI ase and install wooden shutters later this year.
