An appointment was made for 9:00 on a Monday morning. Paul Roman was on time, dressed accordingly for a sales presentation, provided background information on the company, had examples of the products, and went through each products advantages. All was extremely professional. He gave me a great estimate, which I accepted. I explained that we had a wedding and a large party the coming weekend.
