We had hired another contractor, and he called 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and cancelled. We then called Window Genie and they did they did the job the same day and did an excellent job.

Very prompt response and reasonably priced. Scheduling the work was very easy given I live in California but still own a home in Michigan. Mike promptly responded to all emails and calls and provided the information I needed to feel comfortable scheduling this work from so far away. I would definitely recommend.
