He was punctual; he covered all areas where soot might fall before he began; he did an excellent job cleaning the chimney, which had not been cleaned in 20 years; and, he was courteous and efficient.

I received a call almost immediately from Window Gang to set up an appointment for our chimney inspection and cleaning. The two men came the next day, did the job quickly and professionally, and I couldn't be more pleased with their job. I plan to use Window Gang again.

They were very quick to call back. They also worked me in on the same day, gave me a great price and didn't alter that price when it actually should've been a bit more! The team sent out to me was nice and did the work quickly. I will be working with them again!

It took him only 10 minutes to clean the chimney. I was very surprised that the short amount of time it took to clean then to charge $80 for the service. I was expecting more for my money. He was very polite and did do a good job.

They checked the flue from the roof but would have been better if they removed the Flue cap before checking. Also, I would have looked down the second flue, eventhough it was not used, simply to see if there was another cleaning job because of squirrel's or bird's nests.
