They did a thorough job fixing the windows but left a *mess* when they were done: caulking that was applied unevenly and a lot of debris on the floor from taking out the window to fix it.

Window-Fix was hired to fix two inoperable sash tilt windows. Estimator came within the prescribed time frame and took the time to explain what they were going to do. Repair was scheduled for the next day, and the repair team also came within the prescribed time. Repair was fast and clean and the repairmen courteous. Cost was a little high, but these were windows that I had planned on fixing myself but just couldn't find time to do. After living with them for more than a year, I just decided to eat the cost. Still, I would hire Window-Fix again given this positive experience. Work is guaranteed for two years.

Very poor service. They came, picked up my screens to refurbish and the charged me a $500 deposit. They called me back a week later only to say the screens could not be refurbished and then offered me new ones for $100 more each (twelve screen). When I said it was too much, they said they called me back to get a better deal. After 4 unreturned phone calls to them, they they said the screens would be even more expensive. I've called twice more with absolutely no response. I've generally been very happy with Service Magic's vendors, but these guys are absolutely horrible, with no a single ounce of customer respect. Awful Experience!

They installed my AC units and, with a bit of technical issues, they completed the job. We liked them so we hired them again to install some window shades. My only negative comment is on the customer service side, the people that take the calls do not know what types of services or products they offer. I do not like that! They should basically know what the company does, the prices they have, products they offer, even if they are not the ones that provide the final service. The People that actually come into your house are very well informed and reliable. Too bad for the front desk!
