Estimator was courteous, and price quoted was reasonable.  I have not yet had the installation done, so I cannot comment on the quality.  And that is my only complaint.  There is a 3-part process working with this group for shower or bath liners/replacements.  1) an estimator comes out,  2)  a person comes out to do measurements and take pictures.  3)  An installer is scheduled when the parts come in.  Total process takes 6-8 weeks.  This process is too slow and takes too much of my time.  Otherwise I'd rate a 5.

I do believe that Window Concepts sells a good product and cares about doing a good job at a good price. However, we had several problems with the plumbing install. The first day we used the shower, we had water in our basement. Evidently the plumber didn't solder the shower head connection very well. They were apologetic and quick to fix it. Unfortunately, when they fixed that, they reinstalled something backwards, so we ended up with cold water from the hot faucet and hot from the cold. Again, they were apologetic and quick to fix it, but by then I was upset. They're nice guys, and you may not have these problems, but I can't recommend them
