Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
Very friendly, cleaned up when finished, even fixed a base board they noticed was pulling away from the wall, started the job and did not stop unitl it was done, very happy with the look of the doors, now I think the garage door needs updating to keep it reputation.

The windows are very nice and I can already tell a difference in the temperature of my home. It is much more consistant. My AC did not run as much and now my furnace doesn't run much either. Winter will be a big test. The windows are nice to look out and easy to move and clean.
The three man crew that came to my home did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. The head guy new exactly what he was doing and had been doing this type of work for a long time. The other two followed his directions well and were good workers as well. Will have them back to do the second floor windows next year.

We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product.

Pleasant people to work with. Did a great job on siding and windows. A few bumps in communication along the way, but they responded well and made us happy. I had a small issue with a window trim wrap this spring and they were here within days and dwere done fixing it in less than an hour.

Replaced windows throughout home and two sliding patio doors. Also cut into southern wall of home to insert eyelet window. Good quality workmanship. Sales process wasn't very smooth but overall we are happy with the project.

After we got the communication problem worked out, we have been more than happy with the company and their product. the installers were two of the nices people you would want to meet, the job is wonderful, we couldn't be happier with the windows and the appearance it made to our house. Would we do it again with this company the answer is a solid YES. Thank you to window comcepts....

The windows are good, however the expereince was poor with the sales person. I was very disappointed when the first window went in and how much "glass" I lost due to the small size of the window. The sales person knew I wanted as much light as possible and told me I would only reduce the glass by 10%; it was more like 50%. I ended up making them stop tearing out old windows until the issue was resolved. After a several hour conversation with the sales manager they ended up ordering bigger windows and I incurred the additional expense to have new construction installation instead of replacement installation.
The installers were great.

We have been in contact with window concepts of Minnesota, and the confiicts have been cleared up, now we are awaiting the arrival of the windows and the installation to follow. We have no problem with window concepts of Minnesota.Inc at this time, thank you..Monroe Purrier
