Although I did not use their service, they were very prompt in returning my phone calls and answering questions about my request. The reason I did not use them was because they did some research for me and offered a less expensive course of action for me. A very responsive, professional service who looks out for their customer first!

They were great. They went above and beyond to make sure everything having to do with my fireplace was ok. All the rough in work had been done but they rechecked everything to make sure that it was in good condition. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and very helpful in teaching a new home owner about Natural Gas services. They repaired my leak and sealed my exhuast vents very quickly - and the owners do the work themselves. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend Williams Services Inc.
