Project: Powerwash Exterior Surfaces
I highly recommend William Smith. He worked around my crazy schedule. He did get delayed at previous job, but called to schedule a later time and came when I expected him. He needed to remove rust stains, mildew and chalking from shutters and he used different products and did a good job. He saw aluminum that needed to be tacked down and sealed and let me know plus recommended caulking and sealing and gave me a quote. I usually don't give such high ratings, but I was very pleased.
