Our tenant moved out and left our apartment trashed in every sense of the word. The living room was the worst and although not all stains could be removed, he repeatedly went over the problem stain areas and gave it a great try! I really didn't think the carpet could be saved at all in the hallway, stairs, or living room. Now with the right furniture, our new tenant can just hide the stains on the side areas because the rest of the carpet came perfectly clean! Thx Bill! You are AWESOME! I couldn't have asked for a more professional job and for someone to have tried that hard to save our carpet it is nothing short of amazing customer service!!

Bill is very customer service oriented and reallly did a great job. He shampooed one of our rental properties. Did such a good job, I had him come to my own house and shampoo my carpets. Awesome. I would recommend him to anyone.
