Mark, The owner of this company is awesome to work with. He is "real" and that is so rare these days. He is also very committed to keeping his word to his customers! So much, in fact, that he actually fired a forman for not showing up at our house when promised, and not at least calling him to say he wouldn't be able to make it. The quality of the work was excellent, and the job was completed on time, as promised. I will definately be calling Mark for all my future projects!

Mark is a very easy guy who understood my needs.

over 20 years experience they should have been able to see more then one layer of shingles. I had a budget of so many dollars but at the end they charged me more, so there went my budget.

The former contractor installed one roof on top of the other and installed new drip edge over top the old shingles. The only way we could have detected the bottom layer of shingles would have been to tear off a portion of the roof while doing the estimate. Knowing we were not going to start the job immediately it would have been irresponsible to do that. Our contract clearly states that the customer was charged for one layer of tear off. Although, it is unfortunate that additional work was required, this is the nature of working on older homes. Some things will only be uncovered once the work begins.

This company from management to workers were all very diligent and courteous . They aimed to please in all they did and we are very happy with their work. Even though the temperatures were extremely cold, they did a wonderful job. Great bunch of guys!

We had a very complex Decra roof installed. They did a superior job. They also replaced an arch window in a stone wall on the second floor, it looks perfect. Mark helped us deal with the insurance company and everything went smoothly.

I had 17 windows replaced and metal roofing put on the main roof, front porch, a single story section off the back of the house and a rubber roof on another section. The project took longer than I expected but that was due to the windows being approx. 100 yrs. old and the extremely hot weather. They made any necessary adjustments to ensure the end product looked great. The workers were friendly, curtious, and were quick to respond to any concerns I had throughout the project. I will say they may not be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for.Great job!

Old houses are our specialty. Anyone can work on new houses, but, 100yr old houses are a totally different animal. Thanks for the praise Walt, we appreciate it.

They were polite and honest.

.I felt that the finishing work was very poor. No trim around my fireplace after flooring was installed and no trim around new steps that were installed. For the price, I was disappointed

This job was completed and paid for several months ago. Extra work not paid for was completed in order to make things look good. I spoke to Mrs. T myself at the time we completed the project, this was back on 5/10/10. The fact that there is a complaint now and we are almost in November is news to me. I be contacting Mrs. T and sending someone down to make any reasonable accomodations to right the situation.

We actually chose metal roofing. We were very pleased with all aspects of the company. They were prompt at responding; knowledgeable; well rated with the BBB and you; and very courteous and professional about the job.
