Project: Install a Ceiling Fan
William Chan Electric was a pleasure to work with. The job took a little longer because (1) they had to run to Home Depot to rent a large ladder and (2) the ceiling fan was missing parts, requiring me to drive from Home Depot to Home Depot until I found the right fan at the 3rd one ! But, I was not charged for the extra time; they just decided to have lunch at that time. Very flexible. I would definitely hire William Chan Electric for my next job.

They came on time and got the job done in 45 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves. The things I was not so happy about were: 1. They had measured where the holes should be inside the cabinet before they attempted to hang the microhood, but those holes were off so they did drill another set of holes leaving some empty holes in there. 2. They said on the phone that they could take the old microwave, but when the job was done they said they would need $20 for the disposal. This is $10 more than what Sears would charge me.

They came to look at the job then emailed me a price within a few days. They came when they said and did a good job. I had a bath fan installed and new lights installed. Both new construction. They cleaned up every bit of plaster that fell, etc. I would hire them again!
