Eddie was great! He was on time, friendly and did a wonderful job my carpet. It looks great and he got out a stain we didn't think he would ever get out but he worked hard on it, When he came he kept right to his estimate and didn't suggest alot of add ons that probably were not really needed to raise the price like most companies do. I really appreciated the fact that he kept his word on the price. I would definately use him again!

Eddie promptly responded to my inquiry then scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. My carpets look great and feel soft. He got pet stains out of carpet and came back to retreat an area free of charge. (Took about 5 hours for carpets to dry thoroughly) He was very upfront on cleaning options and pricing. Nothing cost more than he quoted on the phone, he actually offered discounts. Eddie was very professional and personable. I will definitely recommend and utilize his services again.

I decided to go with WilTek after reading so many positive reviews and for the reasonable pricing. WilTek was able to schedule my cleaning within 3 days of my call and fully explained all charges. They called 30 minutes before they came and were on time. The carpet looked excellent and dried quickly. I was very satisfied with the results of the cleaning. Eddie was very friendly and personable both on the phone and when he came for the cleaning. We will definitely use WilTek for our carpet and furniture cleaning needs in the future.

WilTek did a very good job. They got some spots other carpet companies could not get out. The carpet was not oversoaked with water and dried quickly.
