Well before the sale they were great the salesman followed up after the initial quote and answered all my questions. We were caught up in the rush to get the windows installed by the end of 2010. The window mfg made a couple of windows with the wrong grids but they did replace all the windows. just did wish the installers used drop cloths when removing old windows

Wholesale Home Improvements came out and gave me a quote for my window replacements. They were very professional and were great with following up with me. I ended up getting a custom sliding glass door with a doggie door in the glass. I do plan on hiring them to install the rest of my windows later this year.

Ed was awesome, was very comfortable with the fact they've been doing this for years and is a family business. Install was flawless and we are very happy with the windows. Will definitely know more this winter, but have all confidence that we made the right choice.

The only complaint that I had was the salesperson indicated that the windows would have the locks that would allow the window to be locked in an open position. Well it turns out that with the type of windows I ordered this option was unavailable. If this had been explained when I ordered the windows I might have ordered a different type. The windows do look great and the installers were professional, neat and in and out in a day.

We've only had the new window for about 2 weeks, and without the extreme weather changes and high winds that we are prone to get, it's hard to say. But, so far so good.
