Steve Whitley very easy to work with. Gives detailed explanation & recommendations regarding the work to be done. Job was started and completed quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company to others and I will be calling them myself for any other odd jobs around my house.

They were prompt and did exactly what they promised without any input from me. I was very happy with the service and will call them again

It took far tool long to complete the job.A two to three day job took almost a month from the time I accepted the bid til completed.Then had to e-mail a request for the bill after two weeks of waiting.Every thing looks OK but the whole ordeal was quite frustrating.

This job took a little longer to complete than expected because we underestimated difficulty in accessing the work site. The home was built on a very steep slope. All materials had to be hand carried in & out. This consumed lots of time which was allotted towards construction. Also the condition of the deck steps was not able to be gauged in the estimation stage. They proved to be beyond repair & had to be replaced entirely resulted in further delay. These delays put me, (the contractor) into a week of prescheduled required major surgery. I returned to the job 3 days after surgery to finish. I had no idea the customer was frustrated.

Very prompt response to our call, worked late on Saturday in 100 plus heat, knowledgeable.

Any issues were immediately addressed and I wasn't charged for additional work day needed because of the workers getting lost when responding to my residence.

Great response and follow-up. Very pleasant experience overall. Stuck to the job even after complications arose and didn't quit until the answer was found and the problem corrected. I will definitely call them again when needed and highly recommend to others. The estimate was consistent with the final price (I think $5.00 difference in the end.)

I am really satisfied with the service I received from this company. Very professional, great rates and the work on my yard was done really quick. Which is very surprising, because my yard was a complete mess!
