Kerry was professional and efficient. His bid was right on, he and his staff communicated well and were easy to reach prior to and during the project. Kerry made sure the job was done right before asking for payment. I will be calling him back for other projects.

Project: Apply or Remove a Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture
Hired this company to remove popcorn ceilings throughout my house. There was popcorn remains left all along where the walls meet the ceiling and the popcorn wasn't completely removed in some areas of the ceiling. One portion of the ceiling needed a patch, and the patch is highly visible. Pain ran off the ceiling onto the wall in one corner leaving tons of drips down the wall. The job wasn't completed on time (although I understand that this job was done over the large snow storm this winter, however the scraping of the popcorn was delayed multiple days until the patch and the finishing of the ceiling became a rushed and incomplete job).

We are sorry to hear that this homeowner was dissatisfied. She had no complaints during our final walkthrough and has never contacted us with any direct comments. Regarding the patch, the leak that caused the ceiling damage may still exist, and ceiling patches are very difficult to hide completely. We'd be happy to recoat it if the customer wishes. During our time on the project, the homeowner brought in another contractor for a different project. He left without finishing, so we finished his work as well as our own. That, with other added work, and the weather, caused us to finish late. We take our work seriously and want to meet her needs.

I enjoyed working with White paint crew. Kerry is a very accomodating person and I was able to add or change things in time. They delivered in a timely manner, ok maybe 1-2 days later but I was not in a hurry to finish and specified that from the start, so it's all good. They took it from 80 style, popcorn mirrors and ugly veneer doors and cabinets all over place to a northen european design in beautiful colors, clean ceilings and crispy white doors and cabinets! Probably the best spent money on my condo! Took one star for forgetting to paint my wood blinds but gave them half back because they substracted this from the final price.
