I am a union carpenter, I have worked as a plumber, and I am from a ranch north of the city and have a lot of experience doing landscaping and fencing. I like doing exterior or interior repair, weatherization, and remodeling. I can provide excellent references and you can see from my work that I love doing quality work. If I do not think I can do a job and do it excellently I don't undertake it. My bidding process is simple I charge for time and materials you pay for the materials and I am paid for my labor I like to paid as the job progresses not on the basis of a completed job if you don't like my work I will stop the project and you can find someone else who will charge you much more money and I believe not do as good a job as myself. My family have our own business a large cattle ranch, my father is a contractor and is currently a building inspector and I know from experience that if you do quality work you never lack for clients.
