We have a new boiler/radiator system that need to be winterized. We emphasized from the very first phone call that we need a professional winterization of the whole heating system to protect our pipes and radiators. White Bear Mechanical accepted the price (400$) and promised to do the work right. Brian, a "Service Staff", quickly showed up and released the water from the boiler. The work took about 30 minutes and we paid them promptly. But they did a terrible job when we checked it later with otehr heating contractors all the water are left in the major pipe lines and radiators. Our system would have been frozen totally had we not checked.
