They were prompt and accommodating, and seemed to do a good job. However, I was originally told to allow 4 to 6 hours for the carpet to dry. In reality it took 2 days before I could walk on it without getting my socks wet. The quality of the work was comparable to doing it myself with a rented machine, but it would have taken me at least a whole day to do what Wett and Wild did in just a couple hours, and the price was very reasonable.

The technician was great but the owner/manager I hired and communicated with was awful. He kept rescheduling the appointment, bumping it back, and for a 2:00 appt, the technician didn't get to my house until 5:00 because the manager mis-scheduled. It was a lot more stressful and frustrating. He also misquoted and tried to compensate by charging a lot for labor.
