He then sent someone to scope it out and gave me a firm quote to haul the yard waste I had created and a second quote to take the trimming I had yet to finish.  The pricing was fair and reasonable. <br /> <br />He was flexible in scheduling and even called me to advise they had been detained on a job and to ask if they could come the following morning.
