Cathy was the most responsive and profesional of the many different people / companies I spoke with when I was shopping for an exceptional value in a new HVAC system. Westin was $1,000 less than any of the other quotes for the exact same Tepmstar or comparable system. Westin provided a superior quality, more efficient system with a better warranty for literally less money than the Carrier system that I purchased from one of the big names in town 14 years ago! Oh, the installation is far better as well and the installers were outstanding. From my experience, Westin will give you an oustanding value on an HVAC purchase.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Working with Weston was a first class experience, all the way around. We needed to simultaneously replace our furnace, AC, and hot water heater, which seemed daunting when we began the process. But Cathy, who handled the estimate and sale, was courteous and knowledgeable made it all very easy for us. There was no "hard sell" pressure, just accurate information and options based upon our needs and what we could aford. The installation was seemless. The technicians arrived on time, worked hard, and were professional in every sense of the word. We would defnitely recommend Westin to our friends and family, without hesitation.

I shopped around when our furnace started to act up. It should have probably been replaced two seasons ago. Knowing we had some very cold days coming up I wanted to get it replaced now. After calling around trying to schedule appointments and get prices Westin understood my sense of urgency and sent a rep out to met me the same day which was a Saturday. They did the install that Monday. After calling around to a few different places I figured out the price was very reasonable and I have no regrets. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were very kind and courteous. I definitely recommend them.
