The upstart of this project went very well, good estimate and service was on time and exceeded expectations in every way except an issue whereby three trees were not done because of cable lines. Company assured they would contact cable company right away to arrange time to disconnect the line, waited several days, without hearing back, called and they had not arranged it. So, we said forget it, just give us a refund for that part of the job, as we had paid them in full. Requested refund, twice, and have not received it as of 3 weeks later.

They were very knowledgeable on pruning trees. Brett and crew came to the house on the same day to remove the tree and pruned the other tree. They also cleaned up street and the surrounding area of the branches that were removed from the trees. I will have them come again and prune my trees.

Western Tree Solutions was GREAT!!! they worked with our schedule, arrived on time, and worked diligently to complete the many tasks we had for them. Our home no longer looks overgrown! They consulted with us each step of the way to make sure the job was completed to our specifications. I appreciated their concern for our remaining plants and shrubs and they pruned them appropriately. Our tree and vine removal projects were so much easier with their help!
