I HAVE LEARNED ALOT FROM THIS, THE FIRST TIME I HIRED A CONTRACTOR. THE NEXT TIME I WILL BE CERTAIN THAT THE" SCOPE" IS MORE DETAILED . OTHER THAN CONTRACT ISSUES EVERYTHING IS GREAT.
