It was a terrible experience. They did not come when they said they would. They did not finish when they said they would. They broke a sprinkler line, didn't communicate the repair to my household which in turn caused a flood, and the sod installation looks aweful. If I had more time, I would fight to have it fixed. It looks very cheap and unprofessional. They left a mess in my driveway, front yard, and street. My wife doesn't want them back to fix anything. It was a horrible experience.

Very responsive, attentive to detail, cleaned up/hauled everything away as indicated they would. Mike is easy to work with & provides recommendations. recently used to install back patio (Jun 2009) due to experience of installing sprinklers and sod.

I thought $5000. was a little high for this project. It is hard to tell: there was no description of materials used. Most of the work was wonderful witha large crew.There are some dry areas; I believe a few more sprinklers should have been installed. The contract said 'Full Coverage". In today's water world that should mean on the growing area while keeping sidewalks & marble entrance ways dry. A particular liability in a 14 unit apartment building. I had to ask him to adjust the sprinklers: he seemed purturbed-his crew should have been instructed to do so.

We are very pleased with Michael Baron of Western Pacific Landscaping. He did understand Exactly what we need . He gave us a realistic Estimate . Accepted his proposal and started the Job same day. His Crew is very professional in doing the JOB the right way never mind the unforeseen problems. They are polite and cooperative in every-way. He also got the Job done in 24 hours as promised. The sod was laid well, But the sprinkler system didn't work once the sod was done. I called Western and left a message. They didn't call me back but sent two guys unannounced that not only were unable to fix the problem, but could not communicate well. I finally talked to the owner who said I needed a new sprinkler control box. He never came to see the final job nor came once there was a problem. It turned out that they didn't connect the common wire. I found this out after I bought a new box.

We were hired to lay sod and we did that. The sprinkler system/clock wasn't part of the contract. Even though it wasn't, we wanted to help, and since the customer didn't own the house we tried to help him out, without charging him. The owner did check the job while it was in progess as well as checking it out at completion. He went over it with the customers wife who paid him for a job well done.

The company was fantastic! Exceeded all my expectations. I had interlocking pavers and an automatic sprinkler system installed. The work was finished in a timely and professional manner. Mike was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering landscaping work.

Very professional company. When owner came to inspect the job, he handed me a CD rom of his work, references, license, etc. Since it was a small job, he thought he would be able to get to squeeze it in -- and they did, and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend.

The crew was well managed, and were flexible enough to work around my very fussy needs. Kudos to the overall professionalism, cleaniness, and work ethic of the entire crew. Will no doubt work with this company continually in the near future in my own design business
