Western Mold Pro is a very honest and professional company. They came to my house for a free investigation, then told me I could do the work myself to save some money. Who else would do that? I highly recommend them to everybody.

He came to my house the same day I called. He traveled over 2 hours to get here. He went under my damp crawls-7space and crawled around for about an hour. Gave me an immediate report that there was no mold or mildew. He did not charge me for his time or travel even though I offered him $200 for his trouble. What more could you want in a professional?

So far I am pleased with the work Mold Pro, Inc. has complted. They have been helpful with prevention techniques and overalll care for the building as well.

They did quality work. He did not answer my questions. Ken the man on the phone was great and pleasant. But the guy that came out was rude.

This was a section 8 housing apartment with three young children, four cats (that all appeared to have Distemper) and 4 adult chain smokers. The cigarette smoke was so heavy my eyes and nose started to burn as soon as I entered. We treat all clients with respect regardless of economic conditions. The person on the phone was Ken and the same person who investigated the mold issue. We emailed and phoned the client with analogies stating we are sorry for appearing rude.
