A rep called me immediately after I submitted my online request; we then set up an appointment. The serviceman came to service the garage and within twenty minutes the job was done. From reviewing prices online, I found the $199 for the change out for the torsion spring was good. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was due to the appointment being scheduled for 9 AM and I received a call at 7:45 AM on the day of the appointment asking if they could start the job at 8 AM; since I work late, I could have used the extra hour of sleep. I would recommend Western Door and Gate to a friend.

They gave me an option to just replace a panel of my garage door instead of replacing the whole door and saved me a lot. Fix was quick and made sure that everything were set ok.
