Got appointment times mixed up. Soiled my carpet wih there ladder... Otherwise they were professional and good to work with.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Excellent servoce and installation. Technicians were courteous, highly qualified and trained and on time. Salesman worked with us to get us an earlier installation date when hot spell appeared knowing we did not have any AC at all. He worked with swapping our appointment with anther client that was upgrading that had working AC. We appreciate this type of customer service greatly. I now have a service agreement with them and expect the superior customer service to continue in the future.

Great all around. Not high pressure sales, but very knowledgeable and friendly. Installation went like a dream. The brothers who installed were efficient, responsive, and even sealed some leaky ductwork in the hot attic. Both the salesman and the manager showed up to check on our satisfaction. Had the best prices, too.

Selected Westbrook Service Corporation on Thursday early afternoon. New a/c unit installed on Friday! Excellent installers, are part of Westbrook's workforce, not independent "contractors" . Did a great job, at a fair market price, system works as or better than we anticipated! Very happy customers! Thanks again. Will use you for all future work on our home.

Great workmanship. Came on time and did an excellent install. Cleaned up after themselves. I can only hope the after service is as great. I would recommend Westbrook to anyone looking to install or replace an AC system.
