I needed an emergency repair. The person called and showed up in a reasonable amount of time and was very personable. He repaired my problem and checked out a few other electrical issues while he was there- as I had asked. The cost was very reasonable especially for coming out on such short notice. The only reason he doesn't get five stars is that I never got a receipt.
