Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

Wesley Seeley remodeled my entire house and I absolutely love all of the changes. The remodel included: re-piping the entire house; totally gutting my kitchen and dining room, moving walls, designing an entirely new kitchen with an island, all new cabinets, flooring, and plumbing; installing new, efficient , lighting throughout the entire house; completing a bonus room into a bedroom; adding heated tile over my entire lower level and much more! All work was done with great care and careful craftsmanship. Throughout the entire project, Wesley was a joy to work with. He referred me to excellent people and companies for design help. Wesley's sub-contractors are also true craftsmen. Even my neighbors have been pleased with how neat and contained the external messes have been. I, personally, made choices that took us over budget but Wesley did his best to keep us within his original bid and made sure that change orders accurately reflected my choices.I whole-heartedly recommend Wesley Seeley Construction for any size or type of remodel job!

Project: Build an Addition

Wesley was contracted to build us a patio roof 26 X 10 that perfectly matched the existing house. Wesley (Buz) did about 85% of the work himself so he wasn't the "company" I was expecting. He left some work (minor painting and concrete repair) undone, his quote for the permits was way off, his price for the painting was too high, and he worked from 11:00 to 4:30 (on average) every other day. He did not attack the job and "knock it out". The 2 week project took almost a month. What he did well was design the patio roof structure, build it and paint it. His final product was very nice and I am the envy of my neighbors.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen

Overall experience was good. Job was done with minimal disruption and on schedule. All change orders were mutual. Mr. Seeley was easy to work with and understood the wants we had for this remodel. More attention to layout and fine detail work would be my only complaints.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests

Fabulous, fabulous contractor! This was our first big home improvement project, and we felt 100% comfortable working with Wesley throughout the entire project. He was always very easy to get a hold of, and responded promptly to email and voicemail messages. He talked us through each step of the project, provided thorough paperwork and finished on time and budget. I would highly recommend working with him!
