The technician was a very nice gentleman. He provided great service, and was very eager to answer questions. West Water & Sewer was the first contractor to call me back. They called me back late at night, and came to the job first thing in the morning. The entire process, from service request to job completion took less than twelve hours. I would definitely recommend this professional.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Came out in timely manner and unclogged drain. The drain continues to have a small leak. I have called about this at least 10 times and had promise to come back to fix on three specific dates and times and they never showed up or even called. Once they get your money forget it. I wouldn't recommend them anyone.

The contractor was previously at my house and installed a sump pump. But not long after the other sump pump went out and we had a great experience with him in the past so we felt very comfortable and confidante that he would do an outstanding job and be professional. I would highly recommend him to other and keep his number.
