I highly recommend Welt's Services. He is very reliable and does a great job for a fair price. Since I'm out of town, he emails photos of the property so that I can see how the job is progressing. I couldn't ask for a better partnership.

Did a lot of work for very reasonable price. Could have done more cleanup of the cut branches, but for the price I certainly can't complain. I would use him again.

We hired Welt's Services to provide several jobs for us at our condo building. The jobs included painting the exterior steel staircase, lawn recovery, electric parking gate maintenance and rear deck staining (sanding/powerwashing included). They were very knowledgeable and the rates were great. The jobs were performed during the agreed upon timeframe and we are very pleased with the results of each job.
