I was very impressed with Duane, Sharifa, Alec, and Henry. They had a great customer service attitude. They were on time, polite, kept the work site exceedingly neat, and patiently answered my many questions. My bathroom looks great! I definitely will use them again for any future home improvement projects.

Wellman gave me an estimate, but I'd originally decided to go with another company, however the other company wouldn't be able to get to my job by the time needed. I contacted Wellman again and they were willing to match the estimate and were able to professionally complete the work when I needed. Another impressive thing was that Duane brought tons of drop cloth and protected my rug from the front door all the way down the basement stairs and the complete area he worked on. The finished counter top looks wonderful and I'm hoping to use this company for my other contracting needs. By the way, Sharifa of their office was very pleasant too!

I believe he did an excellant job on the fence even so he had to provide additional matieral he has a good working crew they are very hard working people I was very impressed with it, there was a minor misunderstanding on the original contract but it has all been ironed out, I would definately recommend him to anybody who would want to build a fence, he did an excellant job building that fence and a lot of people have looked at it and may have even called him Thank you goodbye

Fantastic! On time. Work completed on time and at the estimaed budget. Workers were curteous and professional. Mr. Wellman is often on site and was by far the best contractor we have ever worked with. We will certainly use him again and will recommend his company to any of our friends and/or colleagues looking to hvae any type of work done.

Project: Remodel a Basement
My husband and I were very pleased with our basement remodel. Mr. Wellman was prompt, very well-mannered and professional. HIs team of workers were courteous and they followed all of Mr. Wellman's instructions for getting the project finished. Again, we are very pleased with our renovated basement and we will certainly use his company for future projects and recommend him to others.
