Local WellHome company has merged with Collins Co.We had many companies coming to quote attic insulation job in our house, and were doubtful on who to hire. When Chris Lutgens stoped by and took a look at every corner, place, angle and explained to us what needs to be done, our choice was made. Chris is very knowledgeable, great personality and very attentive. Job was done well and on time. Good value for the price. Chris came back few times to address our concerns. Our heating bill 30% less as promissed. I gave 2.5 stars for Customer Service due to bad communication by Reseptionist. But greatly recommend this company for insullation job.

They were very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and offered more information that I didn't think of asking. Recommended what I should have done and informed me of what did not seem necessary, therefore saving me money. I recommended them to another individual and work will commence on 3/21/12. I am a very satisfied custormer.

After spending almost 7000 dollars, my bedroom and kitchen are still freezing. Also, I have called but haven't received any return calls. I was told I am entitled to rebates and I have no record of how many or if they are filed. The exception to this is that the workers were very thorough and courteous.

Be mindful of any rebates that promise through your power company. I did not do enough homework on my own. I listened to what the Welll home representatives told me and I did not receive any rebates. Well Home made several promises and did not follow through totalling a loss of about $900 in rebates that I was promised. The quality of the work was good but I did not receive accurate information nor assistance with the rebates promised.
