We are your complete new home construction, renovation and remodel experts with 15+ years of experience. We are Chicagoland's premier green builder and remodeler, priding ourselves on our quality of work. We are one of only 11 Graduate Master Builders in Illinois. We are also LEED AP (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional) through the US Green Building Council and a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders. We do new construction, additions, remodels, wine cellars, basements, home theatres, and home spas. Our focus is on quality through the best practices outlined by green building standards. This provides our customers with a more sustainable, durable, healthy, and environmentally friendly home.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. I would definitely hire Weiss Building and Development for future projects. I even gave our realtor many of their cards to give her clients if they are in need of renovations.

Except with a minor problem with the plumber's transportion - his truck broke down- all went well. It took two days to complete the job but the bottom line is that I am very satisfied with Weiss Building and Construction. The people who did the work were very courteous and Brandon himself was very helpful in sending a detailed quote of prices. I will use them in the future. Also, this company was the first to respond - two minutes!

This was our best experience with builders or contractors, the work was professionally done; the workers were friendly and professional and any chnages to the contract also professionally handled we would recommend Weiss Building as a 5 star company to anyone. They also worked to our budget and met their timelines.
