Mike gave me a fair price to paint our home in Urbana Il. and did and excellent job. He helped us chose the right color by painting sample colors on the house. He did not complain even when we told him we didn't like the colors "we" had picked and asked him to go out and buy several other colors. The quality of his work was top drawer. His work was so good that when we went to prepare a list of areas to repaint or touch up we couldn't find anything. Our contract was $3,600 and he asked for $500 down payment. He went right to work an did not ask for a payment until he completed the job. Thanks Mike for a great job! Dan Delcore

I had requested for complete painting of coats. I had repeated myself several times, but he was under the impression that I needed a staining job. When he said the job was complete, my wife said thjer was no paint, and when we spoke with him, he stated that he gave us a quote for a staining job, which resulted in us paying extra dollars for painting. But, overall, he did a good job.

The house had only been stained throughout its history. I stated that I would stain the house in our agreement via e-mail. No siding was replaced per my request in an attempt to cut costs but was very "dried out". I then applied paint at the clients request due to the poor condition of the wood, in reality the wood should have been replaced in accordance with my original suggestion.

Mike was very conscientious and courteous. His manner was very professional and he is obviously a skilled painter. We were very pleased with the staining job that Mike did on our new home. I plan to call on Mike to stain our siding in the future. His price could not be beat, which was another tremendous blessing to us, as we had not expected this expense so soon. Because I was able to sell the house the first day in town "as is" I did not need Mike to do the planned painting. He was prompt, polite and professional. He was very accommodating in trying to help me with-in a very limited time.
