I was satisfied with the work except for the fact that they did not clean up the glass in the backyard. We have a small puppy so it would have been very dangerous if I had not checked outside after they left.

John measured the windows and said they would be ready in 4-5 working days; they were. The installers, Ian and Seth were punctual (almost to the minute). They completed the job quickly; I was impressed with the way they paid attention to detail-the windows fit perfectly. They were meticulous and cleaned their work area to ensure that no slivers of glass remained. I would not hesitate in using "We fix it" again.

John came right out to measure my windows. He did not ask for a downpayment to order the glass and as promised, within 8 days my 2 broken windows were repaired. His guys were friendly and professional.

John Clanton did a great job. He came over a few days after I put in the request to check out the job. He took his measurements and ordered the glass. He told me it would be 3 days until it came in. John called me back 3 days later and the window was fixed the next day. He was very professional. His pricing for the work was also reasonable. He was much less than other quotes that I received and the quality of work was great. Great value for the money.

they called right away, came out same day and gave a quote. they got the part and installed the next week as promised. I would hae liked a call during that time just to confirm everything was still on schedule but it was on time and looks original. I would rocommend to all.
