Excellent communication...job well done.

A written estimate was sent to me, but when the professional came out and before the work was done, he told me he wanted $100.00 more than the written estimate. Reluctantly I agreed to pay $25.00. more before the work was done. I do not think this type behavior builds good customer relations. I was not comfortable with the situation.

Dear Customer, We apologize that you were not happy with our customer service. However being that I am the owner of the business and the service professional whom you are speaking about I feel as though it is necessary that I give feed back about this situation. There was a written estimate sent to the customer. I then spoke with the customer over the phone and the customer had told me that they would like another estimate because the scope of the worked had changed from what the original estimate was written for. I then went to the customer's residence and gave her a new price and agreed to do it for $75 under what I asked. Thank Y

they were great. they were prompt. the trees look great. there wasnt a mess at all. hardly even knew they were here. other than looking at the trees.
