Sorry, tried to send a rating back when project was completed but the computer would not take it.  I had sent an e-mail but you may not have received it.  I was very, very pleased with this contractor.  Not only did they do a fantastic job in a very difficult area but the man who did the work was very pleasant and helpful.  Thank you.

They did a great job.  They were very thorough in the initial meeting, and actually gave me some additional helpful suggestions beyond the work they were going to do for us.  The bid was very reasonable, they were able to come in and do the work quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves.  I had a concern about some drywall repair they did, and they came back promptly and fixed it to my satisfaction.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

He came over and assessed the work, and gave me a ballpark estimate.  He seemed very knowledgeable, and I appreciated that he could think outside the box to fix our problem. <br />Later, he sent a bid via email, explaining each step of the process.  It was a great help that he could finish my window casings for me. <br />When we set up the service, Greg's staff came over and were very polite, efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves.  This is greatly appreciated since I have a toddler who would try to eat anything left on the floor.  They also explained their process, and gave me some options about having part of the work done.  I opted not to have them do a portion of the work, and they lowered their already resonable price from their bid.  The final cost was extremely reasonable for such good work. <br />It's been about a week, and the temperature in our basement has gone up dramatically.  I no longer must keep a space heater on all the time.   <br />I would highly recommend WRAP.   <br />
